I am driven by the belief that every organization can align with this vision if they set the right internal approach to their value exploration, value formation and value maintenance activities.

Osmond’s central purpose is to deliver swift, cost-effective, and accessible strategy solutions for entrepreneurs and operators dedicated to future-building while proactively combating organizational waste and stagnation.
With a two-decade tenure in custom engineering and manufacturing across the Food Processing, Elevator, Store Fixture, and Office Furniture sectors, Osmond possesses a comprehensive, hands-on background spanning sales, design, and manufacturing. This experience has been key to identifying success drivers in organic value creation, enabling him to seamlessly connect the strategic significance of the most basic custom design elements with the complexities of specific customer requirements.
As a corporate strategist and the founder of Strategy Room Consulting, Osmond has devoted his career to assisting operating companies in counteracting organizational decay (entropy) and achieving substantial value through rapid, affordable strategies. He is currently leveraging a distinct methodology to support organizations across numerous industries with their strategy-related initiatives.
Osmond's academic and professional credentials include a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Baruch College and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Stony Brook University. His expertise is further solidified by a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Purdue University, a Systems Engineering Certification from The Open University, London, and specialized training in Strategy Execution from Harvard Professional Development.
